Cancellation Policy

Recreation Resources Service (RRS) reserved the right to cancel an event at any time, including for inclement weather, low enrollment, or instructor availability. If you have registered for an event that is cancelled, you will be notified about the event status, rescheduling, or refund

Refund Policy

If you find that you are unable to attend, please return to the REPORTER online registration system and unenroll in the event which will open space for another participant.

Free Events	None	N/A
Up to $99.99	$10.00	No refund will be issued for cancellations made within 5 days of the event start date.
$100-$499.99	$25.00 when cancelled 10 days or less prior to the event start date.	A 50% refund of registration cost will be issued if cancellation is made 5-10 days prior to the event date.   No refund will be issued for cancellations made within 5 days of the event start date.
$500 & above	$100.00 when cancelled 15 days or less prior to the event start date.	A 50% refund of registration cost will be issued if cancellation is made 7-15 days prior to the event date. No refund will be issued for cancellations made within 7 days of the event start date.
