The NC Recreation & Parks Scholarship Foundation is now accepting applications for undergraduate and graduate scholarships along with professional development opportunities that include: a professional development grant, the Jan Parker NRPA Conference Scholarship and the NCRPA Young Professional Conference Fellowship. Last year the Scholarship Foundation awarded $11,000 in scholarships and professional development grants. We invite you to support these scholarships and professional development opportunities with a tax deductible donation. The scholarships provide assistance to NC students preparing for careers in public parks and recreation and the professional development grants provide continuing educational opportunities for professionals in our state.
