Dale Smith genuinely has a love for people and a passion for helping them improve.  She teaches that you have to work hard, love hard and play hard.  She does that through talent management and team training. Her background in organizational management, team building and strategic thinking has culminated into a career focusing on helping teams and individuals improve.

Additionally, Dale serves as a Board of Regent Instructor for Supervisors’ Management School operated by NCSU and the National Recreation and Parks Association.  She has spoken at national, state and local conferences as well as a number of state university classrooms.

With over 30 years in Parks and Recreation Management, Dale decided that she was not done yet!  She is now the CEO of Smith Management and Consulting Services focusing directly on connecting managers and leaders to their teams and individual personalities through improved communication, common goal acquisition and an appreciation for differences as strengths.
