This session will discuss myths about work-life balance and the cultural shift to a more realistic and rewarding approach: work-life integration. Defining a full life, and thus emphasis on career or other pursuits is personal and so should be crafting the weight of each area of interest. Rachel will facilitate an exercise with attendees for defining what a full life means to each individual and evaluate if current time investments contribute to or compete with that vision. This exercise will lead to a better understanding of one’s self to inform best ways to achieve work-life integration. Ms. Cotter will validate that whether single, a pet owner or a working parent, we all have the right to a full life!
