Learning Outcomes:  

  1. Explore ways to identify the focus of the key results and balance they want.

  2. Understand the Five Key Pillars that all need attention to daily balance life.

  3. Review strategies for regaining balance and reducing stress.

Summary of Session:  A key to a balanced life is appropriate attention to the things that most matter to you. This session will cover ways to find that focus, continually evaluate where you are, and successfully move forward. The discussion will include an overview of the Five Key Pillars and strategies for re-balancing.
