  1. The benefits associated with taking care of oneself physically, mentally, emotionally and psychologically, and the costs associated with not taking care of oneself.

  2. Strategies to increase our time devoted to taking care of ourselves.

  3. The benefits professionally and personally associated with taking care of oneself in and outside of the workplace.

Summary of Session:  We all know it is important to take care of ourselves physically, mentally, and emotionally, but it is difficult for women to implement this into our daily lives.  This session will provide examples of my own personal  successes and failures and strategies to increase our time devoted to improving “us”.
